New Henchmen, Session 109 (5/18/16)
Full character sheets for the three new henchmen are available both in the Google Drive folder and on Roll20. Additional equipment can be purchased for them in Desric’s neighborhood (Orsebet, Tylic, etc.) at book prices.
I’d like to equip Humphrey with Ronan’s former banded armor and a large shield, unless the exceptional runic chain mail gives better protection. These are loners, of course. If I can assign his free proficiency, I’d like to buy him a footman’s flail (to be paid out of his sign on bonus, of course)

Bellisente has the stats of a runway model. Shouldn’t she get a CHA bonus just for that?

Please keep in mind that the expectation is that henchmen will be provided with gear, room, and board over and above any shares or monetary rewards. You can take the cost of purchased equipment out of their signing bonus, of course, but that might be perceived as sub-par treatment.
Follow Me, And Die!, what do you think of giving the Mia Khel Bracers to Giacomo?

When the Runes on the bracers are rubbed with a finger, the bracers create a barrier that protects the wearer, but the wearer can not move or attack (this is the only enchantment). Mia Khel – My Fortress.
Pons had the circlet that raises DEX by 1. Since he is now only an animal wrangler, it should go to whomever can use it best. Was going to ask if Ronan would benefit since we determined before that no one else needs a DEX bonus.
Yes, armor for the magic user is a good idea.
Quick note: The Mea’Khel bracers inhibit striking; slow, deliberate movement is still possible.
