Can I just say how satisfying it was to finally get some closure on Alainon? He was the old man that Axel, Sthorm, and Galron overheard criticizing the government of Midmark when Perette was spying on the party somewhere around session seven or eight.

Oh wow. I had no clue, that’s crazy.
Yeah, I thought that when someone else questioned him last time we were in Midmark (before the search for the sonic weapon). There was some reason Thorfus couldn’t question him at the time. Thorfus was off somewhere else, I think. I didn’t say anything about it since there was no way Thorfus would know about it before the fact. I assume we would have discussed the odd man with bandaged hands when we were all together.
