Quite the haul for session 200! The group might as well retire now.
I tell you – that’s the legendary FORK OF DESTINY(tm)! Kauri will claim it as his own – FEAR THE FORK! … seriously… Kauri needs a new fork, his old one is kinda bent out of shape.
Well, no one detected magic on the fork …
We used the Boomerang Hammer for the first time this session. Also, Bav will wear the magic plate armor we found for the rest of the day.
Rahm Benisaeko, I added both the hammer and armor XP to the post above (perhaps it’s jumping the gun, but I’m fairly certain the armor will get some use very soon).
Are you sure you want Bav to wear it? You won’t be able to use some of your abilities.
Alessandro Bertolucci you have a point but Bavs only needs to get surprise to BS or Assassinate and with the Drow cloak and boot that shouldnt be impossible. She functions as 3rd level thief, so relying on Laris in those situations makes more mathematical sense.
John Carlson, after checking our haul from session 199, Bavs will also grab the new enchanted long sword since no one is interested in using it. She plans to spank an ED-209 with it. I forgot to have Lambertus memorize Remove Curse for Rallion (unless Larry Hamilton objects). Laris and Lambertus have been sharing the other stone of spell storage, if Laris hasn’t used it on the 6th of Nonrilden I suggest we send Lambertus back to camp to pray for Remove Curse before we get stabby stabby.
Isn’t there XP for cursed items? It is an experience after all!
Larry Hamilton: I actually gave you the XP for the gauntlets previously (see prior treasure post). Technically, there is no XP reward for the item, but that seemed too obvious.
I’m ok deducting the cursed item XP award from my characters. After all, the DM giveth and he taketh away, no? (Now I’m speaking European, ugh)
Nice touch with the cursed xp play John! I’ll deduct also. What stone of spell storing?

Yeah, Rallion’s not much good in a fight, if he can’t hold onto his sword….
Nash originally loaned a stone of spell storage to Lambertus so that he could cast Create Food and Water every day while we were travelling to and staying at Feldmark. I/Bavmorda offered it to Laris for the pathogen massacre and assumed he has had it since. It can hold up to 3 levels of spells at any one time.
OK, that’s the plan then. Lambertus will use the stone to pray for Remove Curse as soon as possible.
Ahh, I semi remember that now… I wish I’d remembered it a couple sessions ago, a couple more knock spells would have been handy before we needed remove curse.
I may have assumed after the massacre it went back to Lambertus. (or just plain forgot and am now covering my forgetfulness)

Spell storage crystal can only hold a total of 3 levels of spells. So only one Knock, I think remove Curse is 3d level. What’s nice is that the spells stored are instantly cast.
Nice. Might be good for cure disease since it’s a turn to cast if we run out of potions or scrolls.
