I poked around online and my original estimate for the Grell estate property value seems to be reasonable (I added an extra 5K to reflect just how nice the location is). Later this week, I will post the Vargen and World Maps here and to the Mapping Campaign (along with the estate maps).
Party – can we make a stop on the way to Vargen, perhaps near Kaligan, and use the god damn mini fortress solely for the XP, please?

Thorfus is carrying a fist sized cube that expands into an adamantine fortress on utterance of a command word. And he thinks he knows the command word. Has been lugging it around for about about two years real time. Use it once and the party can finally get the XP reward.
